Analisis pengaruh pendidikan dan latihan, motivasi, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat Dr. Oen Surakarta

The aims of this research are to know : (1) the effect of training and education to the nurse performance, (2) the effect of motivation to the nurse performance, (3) the effect of satisfication to the nurse performance and (4) The effect analysis of training and education, motivation and satisfication to the nurse performance. The research method is used analysis of regression. The population of the research is all nurse at the Dr. Oen Hospital with 145 sample from it. The instrument in collecting the data is questionares. The validity and reliability of questionares of the anxiety are tested by using Product Moment formula and Alpha formula. Data analysis technique used linier regression analysis with three predictor variable by F test and p-value at the 0,05 level significance. The results of research shows : (1) There is not effect analysis of training and education, motivation and satisfication to the nurse performance by his or her big boss (p-value = 0.367 > 0.05 ), (2) There is effect analysis of training and education, motivation and satisfication to the nurse performance self (p-value = 0.000 < 0.05 ), (3) There is effect of training and education to the nurse performance self (p-value = 0.000 < 0.05 ), (4) There is effect of motivation to the nurse performance self (p-value = 0.032 < 0.05 ) and (5) There is effect of satisfication to the nurse performance self (p-value = 0.023 < 0.05 ) The result of research, finally, imply that there is not effect analysis of training and education, motivation and satisfication to the nurse performance by his or her big boss, there is effect analysis of training and education, motivation and satisfication to the nurse performance self, there is effect of training and education to the nurse performance self, there is effect of motivation to the nurse performance self and there is effect of satisfication to the nurse performance self.
