The aims of this research are to know : (1) the effect of training and education to the nurse performance, (2) the effect of motivation to the nurse performance, (3) the effect of satisfication to the nurse performance and (4) The effect analysis of training and education, motivation and satisfication to the nurse performance. The research method is used analysis of regression. The population of the research is all nurse at the Dr. Oen Hospital with 145 sample from it. The instrument in collecting the data is questionares. The validity and reliability of questionares of the anxiety are tested by using Product Moment formula and Alpha formula.
