PENGARUH MANAJEMEN TALENTA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA SURAT KABAR HARIAN PAGI MEMO-X MALANG SKRIPSI

The aim of the study is to describe talent management, organizational commitment, and employee performance, and analyze the influence of talent management and organizational commitment on employee performance. The population of this study was all employees of Memo X. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique, with a total sample of 38 respondents. The analysis tool uses Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumption Test, Scale Range, and statistical test hypothesis testing t. The results of the study show that the talent management process carried out by the company which includes the selection, placement, and development of employees has gone well. The level of organizational commitment or employee loyalty to the company is fairly high and the performance possessed by employees is fairly high. Talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Companies must maintain and improve the existing talent management process in order to get employees who have the potential and competent talents to be placed in structural positions within the company, and companies must maximize the organizational commitment that exists within the company to achieve the expected performance
