The aim of the study is to describe talent management, organizational commitment, and employee performance, and analyze the influence of talent management and organizational commitment on employee performance. The population of this study was all employees of Memo X. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique, with a total sample of 38 respondents. The analysis tool uses Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumption Test, Scale Range, and statistical test hypothesis testing t. The results of the study show that the talent management process carried out by the company which includes the selection, placement, and development of employees has gone well.
