This study aimed to find out: (1) how workload, physical work environment and employee performance in company, (2) the influence of workload and physical work environment on the performance of public relations employees, (3) which variables are more dominant affect the performance variable. The population in this study were 328 production section employees, samples taken by 82 people. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. Data were collected by a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the scale range and multiple linear regression.
