PENGARUH KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA, KEDISIPLINAN, DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. GATRA MAPAN MALANG

The study aims to identify the effects of occupational safety and health, discipline and occupational experience on the performance of production workers in PT. Gatra Mapan Malang. This kind of research is survey research. The population used in the study are several employees of the field of production in PT. Gatra Mapan Malang, with a sample of up to 60 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire's technique. The method of data analysis are scale ranges, linear regression analysis, test t, test f and dominant test. The results of multiple linier regression is Y = -3,129 + 0,414 X1 + 0,316 X2 + 0,181 X3 + e. Research shows that partial job safety and health, discipline and work experience are affecting employee performance. Occupational health and safety are giving a large contributuon to employee's performance. While simultaneously occupational safety and health, the scarcity and work experience have a contribution of 74% of the remaining 26% are affected by other variables
