This study aimed to test employee performance, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, to test and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance, to test and analyze the most influential variables on employee performance. The population of this research is all the employee of operational which amounted to 30 employees. Analytical tools which are used to determine the level of employee performance, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment is a scale range analysis.
