ANALISIS PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN, UPAH, DAN INVESTASI TERHADAP PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA DI JAWA TIMUR TAHUN 2011-2015

Economic development of a country is basically inseparable from the role of humans in managing it, where humans are labor, input development, and also consumers of development itself. Fluctuating economic growth causes an increase in wages that are not able to absorb labor and an increase in the number of labor force without being followed by employment resulting in an increasing number of unemployed. This study aims to determine how the influence of education, wages, and investment on workers in East Java from 2011 to 2015. To analyze the data, this study uses descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis whose hypothesis is tested. The results of this study indicate that wages, education, and investment have a significant effect on labor in East Java
