The regulation of private development through the adoption and enforcement of a zoning ordinance will be one of Shamong's most effective tools in the implementation of its Master Plan. A review of the tantative master plan proposals suggests that in order to properly direct the future growth of the Township the designation of a number of different types of zoning districts is desirable. In view of the agricultural nature of the Township as well as its soil and ground water conditions, it is suggested that some of these districts should have provisions and controls not always typical of other municipal ordinances
