This study has been published in two parts. Volume I contains a discussion of current zoning theory in New Jersey as well as its historical growth and development. Also included are the· results of a study of recent developments and an analysis of zoning practices throughout the State. Volume II contains the following directories: A Directory of Special Districts and Zones, A Directory of Special Permitted Uses, and A Directory of Regulated and Prohibited Uses. It also includes copies of all work sheets which tabulate the items listed in Tables I and II of this volume. A more detailed discussion of methodology will be found in Volume II.
