Somatic mutations were determined using paired OCSCC tumor/somatic DNA samples (n = 25), and defined as significant if called as non-synonymous by at least two variant calling software programs. (A) Waterfall plot of significant mutations, with the most deleterious mutation for each gene organized hierarchically, and showing mutually exclusive or co-occurring events. Mutations are ranked accordingly to significance assigned by MutSigCV analysis. Clinical traits are matched to the samples and displayed as a heat map. Tumor purity and ploidy values predicted from BubbleTree are included. (B) Lollipop plot of somatic mutations identified in TP53. Previously reported variants are highlighted in red.</p
