At 2 days after transfection, ABCG2 expression was analyzed by qRT-PCR. Data are shown as the mean ± standard deviation. (B) FACS analysis of 5-ALA-stained ABCG2 knockdown cells. PANC-1 W/T cells, clone #2 cells, and clone #4 cells were transfected with ABCG2 siRNAs. At 2 days after transfection, the cells were stained with 5-ALA (150 μg/mL) for 4 h and analyzed by flow cytometry. Percentages indicate the positive rates of PpIX intensity.</p
