Job satisfaction or job satisfaction is a situation where someone feels happy or not towards something that is done, or can be a pleasant or unpleasant view of an employee on his job. The purpose of this study is to understand and describe the work climate that needs to be grown in order to create job satisfaction for members of the security unit at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The research method used is Qualitative Phenomenologist whose data was collected through filling out open questionnaires to 35 informants, informants were selected using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of security unit members.
