TINJAUAN HUKUM ISLAM TERHADAP LARANGAN PERNIKAHAN ADAT JAWA KEBO BALIK KANDANG (Studi Kasus di Desa Jabung Kecamatan Talun Kabupaten Blitar)

Marriage in Islam is a very superior sunnatullah because it is a way that is blessed by Allah to preserve human life and to achieve happiness in life. This is like what happened in Jabung Village, Talun Sub-District, Blitar Regency, there is a reason to conduct a marriage between men and women with men who still live in an area where the parents live, enough brides. The prohibition of traditional wedding kebo behind the cage in Jabung is obeyed by the Jabung community because someone has to be used for bad things in his life. In addition, there is no writing in the Qur'an or hadith related to one's residence. Thus the constituent becomes more important for the problem of marriage. The research conducted by compilers is a type of field research by going directly to the community with interviews conducted free of charge to community leaders and marriages to the marriage behind the cage. In the analysis of this thesis, the compiler uses a normative approach to 'proposing fiqh, namely approaches that are involved with reality that occur in society that is contrary to Islamic Law or not with more than what is taboo by the people in Jabung Village before and after the jumping of adat adat kebo balik cage . This study aims to find out the opinions of community leaders about kebooh ban marriage marriage. Then how can these practices be reviewed in the view of Islamic law
