This study aims to describe leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction of employees of PT. Assist Software Indonesia Pratama and test the influence of partial and simultaneous leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction. The study population is the operational employee. The sample in this study were 38 respondents by using the total sampling method. The analytical tool uses a range of scales and multiple linear regression analysis tools. The resulting range of scales indicates that leadership in both categories, high category work motivation and high category job satisfaction. Regression results show leadership and work motivation partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The...
