The purpose of the study describes the compensation, work environment, and employee intention turnover at the ceramics factory in Mojokerto, to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee turnover intention. The sample is 68 employees of the production department. Sampling using Quota Sampling technique. Analyzer used using scale range and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that turnover intention in the category is very high, sufficient category compensation and work environment category enough.
