PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN MERCHANDISING GOLDEN SWALAYAN TULUNGAGUNG

This research aim to describe the compensation, work discipline and employees performance, to test and analyze the influence of compensation and work discipline on employees performance, to know which independent variables have the most influence towards employee work performance. The population is all employees of merchandising division Golden Supermarket Tulungagung. The techniques used for sampling is total sampling techniques. The techniques used for analyze data are the range of scale and multiple linier regression. The results from scale of range showed that compensation is in the enough category, work discipline in the low category and employees performance in the low category. The results of multiple linier regression showed that compensation and work discipline have significantly influence simultaneously or partially on employees performance. Between theese two independent variables, compensation variables has the most influence toward employees performance. Suggestions for company to raise the employee salary and give punishment to employee that break company rule
