This research aim to describe the compensation, work discipline and employees performance, to test and analyze the influence of compensation and work discipline on employees performance, to know which independent variables have the most influence towards employee work performance. The population is all employees of merchandising division Golden Supermarket Tulungagung. The techniques used for sampling is total sampling techniques. The techniques used for analyze data are the range of scale and multiple linier regression.
