This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, communication skills of a leader on employee performance. The study was conducted at PT. Global Prima Santosa in Gresik. The sampling technique used a saturated sample consisting of the entire population of employees amounted to 150 respondents. The research design used an explanatory research through surveys. The sources of data were obtained from questionnaires. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SPSS analysis tool, Partial Least Square (PLS), and Sobel test.
