<p>Graphs represent the frequency of IFN-γ⁺ CD4⁺ T cells (<b>A</b>) or CD8⁺ T cells (<b>B</b>) after 6 hours of restimulation with the total antigen 85A peptide pool and staining for a variety of surface activation markers (S4). Data were log transformed and analyzed with a 2-way analysis of variance; a significant effect of IMX313 fusion was only observed for the frequency of antigen 85A specific cells p = 0.0101 but not for any surface marker (<a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0033555#pone.0033555.s003" target="_blank">Figure S3</a>).
