<p>Non-infected (NI) BALB/c and C57BL/6 mice and mice infected with high inoculum were sacrificed at 0 (NI), 12 and 17 d.p.i. Thymocytes were counted and stained with antibodies against cell surface molecules and intracellular markers and analyzed with a flow cytometer. Data from BALB/c and C57BL/6 mice are represented by open circles and filled circles, respectively.
