<p>CD4+ T cells, isolated from OT-II mice, were labeled with CFSE and adoptively transferred into recipient C57BL/6J mice. Twenty-four hours later, recipient mice were immunized with OVA (25 <i>μ</i>g/mouse) and CpG ODN (20 <i>μ</i>g/mouse) by the nasal route.
