Immunostainings with Aβ42 specific antibodies confirm Aβ42 protofibril inclusions in astrocytes. After 24 h Aβ protofibril exposure, co-cultures were fixed and stained with GFAP and four different Aβ antibodies; mAb1C3 (a), 6E10 (b), mAb158 (c) and polyclonal Aβ42antibody (d).
