Add to ORKGJune 25, 2001, to increase the licensed thermal power level and to change the Technical Specifications definition of thermal power for operation of SONGS Units 2 and 3 to 3438 MWt. This corresponds to an increased electrical output of approximately 16 MWe for each unit. A copy of the related Notice of Issuance for publication in the Federal Register and our Safety Evaluation are also enclosed
