The goal of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the motivation of employees in a financial institution in the context of financial institutions in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. Thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part are described the theories of motivation and connection of motivation with stimulation. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on human resources management, evaluation and forms of rewards. The practical part contains a description of the financial institution and competitors in the financial market.
