Employee Motivation System in the Company

This bachelor thesis aims to assess the employee motivation system in the company. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the knowledge of the literature on employee motivation. The practical part is devoted to the characteristics of the organization from its history to its present and the motivational tools that are used in the organization. Furthermore, the practical part focuses on the analysis of the data obtained by the questionnaire survey. In the final part, of the questionnaire, the overall situation in the company is evaluated and suggestions for possible changes are given
