Add to ORKGBachelor thesis deals with the topic motivation of employees. The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to identify the employees motivational factors and their job satisfaction. Besides other things is the aim to point out problem areas and suggest recommendations on how to improve the situation. The theoretical part is based on literature and is focused on motivation as a whole. Attention is given to the definition of motivation on particular approaches and the role which motivation plays in reward system.
