The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify the motivational factors which employees of selected company consider important for their satisfaction and working efficiency. The partial aim is to determine the level of satisfaction with the factors that are already present in company and on the basis of these outputs to develop a set of recommendations for the management of the workplace. These aims will be achieved through specific research methods, which is a questionnaire survey.
