This bachelor thesis deals with issues of internal communication. Its aim is to evaluate communication in a food company focusing on a line manager, identifying communication barriers and eliminating them. After the theoretical definition of the topic, the thesis focuses on the survey of a selected sample of employees using questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, data analysis and evaluation of results. Based on this, the organization proposed measures to improve internal communication, which was also organized according to the priorities for the organization. The thesis is focused exclusively on the particular company, the acquired knowledge and conclusions are thus only applicable to the evaluated organization
