The Bachelor thesis deals with internal communication in the selected company, particularly in Pekařství Illík, spol. s r.o. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication in the company, in the framework of company management and among employees. The theoretical part is focused on basic terms and concepts related to internal communication in the company which is currently the most discussed topic. The practical part overviews characteristics of the company and its actual communication strategy, including types of conflict situations.
