Internal Communication in a Selected Company

This diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Main goal is to set a right internal communication for chosen company. The current situation is analysed and evaluated. Results from the theoretical and practical part are put forward for proposals of internal communication. These proposals should decrease a fluctuation of employees, raise motivation of employees and influence working atmosphere positively. Final diploma thesis will be given to researched company
