World coffe trade

This bachelor thesis is focused on trade with coffee, on a Fair Trade concept and on production and manufacturing of coffee. Aim of this work is to describe flows of coffee in international trade, to describe the Fair Trade concept and its usage, plus to describe, how coffee is produced and processed. First chapter focuses on description of growing and manufacturing coffee and its history. Second chapter emphasises on production, pricing and trade of coffee. In last chapter, there is the Fair Trade described, its role, influence and criticism as well.
