International coffee trade and new trends

The bachelor thesis is focused on the estimation of international coffee trade with a highlight on sustainable coffee and Fair Trade. Production, export, consumption, coffee prices and impact of certificates are taken into consideration. The aim of this thesis is to analyse present and estimate future development of coffee market, where can we expect the production saturation and where is it possible to increase coffee consumption. The results give an outlook on coffee trade and new paradigms on coffee trade
