Add to ORKGThe bachelor thesis is focused on scheme for new-building of energetically efficient family house which takes place in the cadastral area of the village of Malý Dešov. The new-building is two-floor house for family of four members which includes partial basement. The perimeter construction is formed by ceramic breeze block (type Porotherm 30) which is weatherproof by the reason of contact thermal insulation. The ceiling construction above 1S is made by reinforced concrete monolithic panel. The ceiling construction above 1 NP is made by folded ceiling (type Porotherm).
