Dřevostavba rodinného domu v Podlesí

The subject of the bachelor thesis is creating project documentation of the new wooden frame construction family house. It deals with the design of a two-floored house without basement, made for using by family of four. The building is located at an individual site land in commune Valaššské Meziříčí, local part Podlesí. This building is designed by valid current valid legislation, qualified in heat technical way, where is determined the heat lost by building cover and also were made proposals arrangements for reduction of the energy efficiency. For the determineted heat loss were set up two variations of solution of the heat source including economical evaluation
