Add to ORKGThis bachelor thesis deals with project documentation for new-built energy-efficient family house situated in Moravské Budějovice cadastral. The house is designed as rectangle two-storey and partially basement building with detached garage. Both parts – residential part and garage – are joined by shelter in shape of „L“. The residential part of the house is roofed by mono-pitched roof and the adjacent garage is roofed by flat roof. The ground floor vertical constructions are designed by using ceramic masonry units; the basement circumferential masonry is designed by using concrete masonry units. Heating of the object is provided by contact thermal insulation system
