Add to ORKGThe bachelor thesis is divided into two theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part I deal with the issue of the thermal technology of the building envelope. I consider here two proposed structures for passive and low-energy houses in terms of the coefficient of heat transfer and condensation of water vapor in the structure. Subsequently, one of the compositions will be selected and on the basis of which the project documentation of the new family house will be carried out on a particular site. The house is designed as a rectangular bungalow. The layout is designed as a 4 + kk with built-up area of 123 m2. The purpose of the building is to build a separate apartment unit designed for the permanent residence of four people
