Pengaruh Penempatan Karyawan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja (Studi Pada Karyawan PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang)

The objective of research is to explain the effect of employee positioning on work achievement. Research is located at PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang which is addressed at Jalan A. Yani No. 11 Blimbing Malang. Research type is explanatory research. The sample is 34 persons who are the regular employees of PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang. Data type includes primary and secondary. The primary data are obtained with questionnaire, while secondary data are collected with documentation. The testing instrument is validity test and reliability test. For testing the hypothesis, F-test and t-test are used. Data are analyzed using Multiple Regression Test. Statistic measurement uses a computer program SPSS 15.0 for windows. Result of research indicates that the variable of employee positioning (X) is simultaneously and significantly influencing the variable of work achievement (Y). Based on the result of multiple regression analysis, Fcount > Ftable (53.946 > 2.92), while the probability is smaller with a = 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination rate is 0.828. The variable of employee positioning (X) is partially and significantly influencing the variable of work achievement as shown by smaller significance with a = 0.05. Independent variables that contribute dominantly to the suitability of job performance attitude, as indicated by the highest regression coefficient of 0.496
