The objective of research is to explain the effect of employee positioning on work achievement. Research is located at PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang which is addressed at Jalan A. Yani No. 11 Blimbing Malang. Research type is explanatory research. The sample is 34 persons who are the regular employees of PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang. Data type includes primary and secondary. The primary data are obtained with questionnaire, while secondary data are collected with documentation. The testing instrument is validity test and reliability test.
