Based on observations, it is known that there is an obstacle for companies with decreased employee performance caused by a lack of training and a less conducive work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work environment on the performance of employees of PT Cipta Visi Sejahtera. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The results of this study show that partially leadership and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance.
