PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (STUDI KASUS PADA KARYAWAN PT. INSAN CITRAPRIMA SEJAHTERA)

The purpose of this study is to describe work motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Insan Ciptaprima Sejahtera sotabar Pamekasan and to analyze the effect of work motivation significantly on employee performance, the influence of work motivation significantly on employee satisfaction, the influence of employee satisfaction significantly on employee performance, and the effect of work motivation on employee performance through employee satisfaction. The number of samples using 54 respondents. Respondents in this study were all employees. The source of data in this study was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires (primary data). The data analysis technique uses scale range analysis and path analysis using IBM SPSS25 software. With the results of the study showed that there was an effect of employee motivation on employee performance at PT. Insan Citra Prima Sejahtera Sotabar Pamekasan Branch
