This study aim to figure out the impact of employee placement variable and employee motivation variable simultaneously and partially on employee achievement variable. The number of samples respondents in this research are 74 employees of PLN (persero) Company East Java Distribution service area and Malang network. The type of this research is explanatory research which uses quantitative approach.
