This study aim to figure out the impact of employee placement variable and employee motivation variable simultaneously and partially on employee achievement variable. The number of samples respondents in this research are 74 employees of PLN (persero) Company East Java Distribution service area and Malang network. The type of this research is explanatory research which uses quantitative approach. Based on the test hypotheses known there are significant impact simultaneously employee placement variable (X1), employee motivation variable (X2), against employee achievement (Y) with sig value. F of 0,000 smaller than value significant specified 0.05. While for the partial test, variable X1 sig value.t 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel X2 with significant value 0,004 < 0,05. It proves that there are significant impact partially between the variable placement of employees (X1) and employee motivation (X2) on employee achievement variable (Y)
