This research was conducted in order to determine and explain the existence needs, relationship needs, growth needs and employee performance, and analyze the influence among variables simultaneously and partially. This type of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach.Sampling technique used was proportional random sampling technique, the research instruments are questionnaires and documentation.
