Radical changes in national economic structure, which reflect the historic changes that have taken place in the economic life of the peoples in the socialist community, must be listed among the most important attainments of COMECON countries in the last quarter century. At the same time, structural transformations are the point of departure for the further development of the economy of COMECON countries.
