Anderson, City Health Officer said that the current situation did not promise an early lifting of the epidemic quarantine• From the viewpoint of deaths resulting from influenza and pneumonia the outlook was brighter than last week• More nurses are needed at emergency hospital• An order was issued yesterday by the city health officer prohibiting visitors at hospitals. Surgical patients at the hospitals are beginning to contract influenza, brought in, it is believed, largely through visitors• Dr. John B. Anderson, City Health Officer said that “In the case of imminent death near relatives and spiritual advisors may be admitted to the hospitals, but none others.
