Introduction: This scientific article examines the relationship between business intelligence and human talent management and how it influences the efficiency and competitiveness of organizations. The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between business intelligence and human talent management. A theoretical methodology was used that included cross-sectional research with a deductive approach. Theoretical information previously published in reliable and relevant sources was interpreted and analyzed in this study.
