Incidencia de la inteligencia emocional en el cumplimiento de indicadores de Gestión del Talento Humano

This article analyzed the relationship between the Emotional Intelligence of Human Talent and the fulfillment of Management Indicators in companies, the research has a quantitative approach, in addition to being supported by observation. The data collection technique was based on the interview of seven questions about the profile of six Managers that were the object of study. The theoretical approach was executed in relation to Emotional Intelligence and Management Indicators, so the findings obtained show the clear relationship that exists between the Emotional Intelligence index presented by the Managers and the percentage of compliance with the Indicators of Management, where it was observed that those who have developed the management of their emotions are more efficient when meeting the objectives imposed by the company, in this case it was evaluated through the indicators, showing that well implemented Emotional Intelligence is a tool that properly used can promote the achievement of the objectives for both the worker and the organization.En el presente artículo se analizó la relación que existe entre la Inteligencia Emocional del Talento Humano y el cumplimiento de Indicadores de Gestión en las empresas, la investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, además de estar sustentado en la observación. La técnica de recolección de datos fue basada en la entrevista de siete preguntas sobre el perfil de seis Gerentes que fueron objeto de estudio. La aproximación teórica, fue ejecutada en relación a la Inteligencia Emocional y los Indicadores de Gestión por lo que en los hallazgos obtenidos se logra evidenciar la clara relación que existe entre el índice de Inteligencia Emocional que presentaron los Gerentes y el porcentaje de cumplimiento en los Indicadores de Gestión, donde se observó que quienes tienen desarrollado el manejo de sus emociones son más eficientes al cumplir con los objetivos impuestos por la empresa, en este caso fue evaluado a través de los indicadores, demostrando que bien implementada la Inteligencia Emocional es una herramienta que debidamente aprovechada puede impulsar el logro de los objetivos tanto para el trabajador como para la organización
