Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumsi pangan rumah tangga dan menganalisis pengaruh perubahan harga dan pendapatan terhadap permintaan pangan sumber kalori dan protein di Provinsi Riau. Penelitian menggunakan data Susenas tahun 2018 di Provinsi Riau yang dianalisis menggunakan model Linear Approximate Almost Ideal Demand System (LA/AIDS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan pengeluaran konsumsi pangan rumah tangga terbesar adalah makanan dan minuman jadi. Sedangkan beras merupakan pangan yang paling banyak dikomsumsi rumah tangga sebagai sumber kalori dan protein. Faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi konsumsi pangan adalah harga telur dan susu, harga minyak dan kelapa, pendapatan rumah tangga, dan wilayah lokus stunting. Elastisita...
