This study is inserted within the great themes of occupational psychology, in turn it is part of a research associated with a postdoctoral residency in Human Sciences at the University of the Andes through HUMANIC. The fundamental objective of the study responded to: What is the perception of happiness from the dynamics of labor well-being and emotional subjectivity? The methodological route was founded from the qualitative approach, under the application of an in-depth interview with fifteen versions, all workers and aged between 18 and 44 years.
