Happiness at work : brief update from positive psychology

Resumen: El presente artículo teórico presenta una actualización bibliográfica acerca de la felicidad en el trabajo desde la perspectiva de la psicología positiva. En el mismo se realiza un compendio de las principales variables antecedentes y consecuentes del constructo, así como de algunos mecanismos propuestos para incrementarla al interior de las organizaciones. Se discuten las dificultades teóricas en torno al constructo felicidad laboral y se realizan recomendaciones para futuras investigaciones.Abstract: The present theoretical article presents a bibliographical update about happiness at work from the perspective of positive psychology. A summary of main antecedent and consequent variables of the construct was carried out, as well as the revision of proposed mechanisms to increase happines at work within organizations. The theoretical difficulties around the construct are discussed and recommendations for future investigations are made
