Estilo de vida y su relación con la hemoglobina glicosilada en adultos diabéticos.

Diabetes Mellitus is defined as a complex and chronic disease, it was identified by the World Health Organization as one of the four non-transmittable diseases, being responsible for the death of around 5 million people, the causes are multiple, ranging from overweight or obesity, sedentary lifestyle, inadequate eating habits that bring with them various consequences in addition to a high risk of morbidity and morbidity, that can cause serious health problems. The test for the diagnosis and control of type 2 diabetic is the measurement of glycosylated hemoglobin. This research aims to determine lifestyle and its relationship with glycosylated hemoglobin in diabetic adults. The methodology used is documentary design of deductive, informative or exploratory descriptive type, the selected articles correspond to the years 2016-2022. In the results it was observed that the lifestyle is related to glycosylated hemoglobin due to inadequate food intake, sedentary lifestyle, obesity, alcohol intake, among other bad habits that lead to high values of the test, among the symptoms that are related to high levels of glycosylated hemoglobin are fatigue, weight loss, blurred vision, depression, polyuria, drowsiness, increased appetite, the different complications of diabetics are related to lifestyle, if left untreated lead to death.La Diabetes Mellitus se la define como una enfermedad compleja y crónica, fue identificada por la Organización Mundial de la Salud como una de las cuatro enfermedades no transmisibles, siendo responsable de la muerte de alrededor de 5 millones de personas, las causas son múltiples, van desde el sobrepeso u obesidad, sedentarismo, hábitos alimenticios inadecuados que traen consigo diversas consecuencias además de un elevado riesgo de mor-talidad y morbilidad, que pueden causar graves problemas de salud. La prueba para el diagnóstico y control del diabético tipo 2 es la medición de la hemoglobina glicosilada. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el estilo de vida y su relación con la hemoglobina glicosilada en adultos diabéticos. La metodología utilizada es de diseño documental de tipo descriptivo deductivo, informativo o exploratorio, los artículos seleccionados corresponden a los años 2016-2022. En los resultados se observó que el estilo de vida está relacionado con la hemoglobina glicosilada debido a la inadecuada ingesta de alimento, sedentarismo, obesidad, ingesta de alcohol, entre otros malo hábitos que conllevan a valores elevados de la prueba, entre  los síntomas que se relacionan a los niveles elevados de la hemoglobina glicosilada son fatiga, pérdida de peso, visión borrosa, depresión, poliuria, somnolencia, apetito incrementado, las diferentes complicaciones de los diabéticos están relacionada con el  estilo de vida,  si no son tratadas conducen a la muerte
