This research was conducted at the Satpol PP office in Riau Province. This study aims to find out about the problems and obstacles in supporting the performance of Satpol PP employees in enforcing the Perda in Riau Province. Improving the quality of employee performance can be improved by implementing basic training that can create good performance.
