Pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Riau

Faculty of Economics and Business Islamic University of Riau Pekanbaru This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency Office of Riau Province. The population in this study were 135 employees. Sampling using the purposive sampling method where some of the population was sampled as many as 50 people. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. Analysis of the data used in this study is a simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency Office of Riau Province. The level of relationship between the two variables in the moderate category, which means the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is good
