Labor disputes, like other disputes in legal phenomena, are something that cannot possibly happen. Since the promulgation of the Law on the Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes, a special court has been established called the Industrial Relations Court. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and juridical-normative in nature. The results of the study state that the legal protection regulated in the handling of disputes that occur in industrial relations interactions is used to guarantee workers' basic rights and guarantee equality and treatment without discrimination.
